  Shopped here on September 8th and had to order a cup that was not in stock. Called Monday to see if they had any shipping info on it and she said that they were a bit behind because of the hurricanes and the fact that they are based out of Florida. She said she would call me back to keep me updated. I usually never expect a call back, I alwaysexpect that I'll have to call them again. She just called to tell me it's ready to be shipped tonight. They were friendly while I was there and actually kept me updated.
