  Everything is made fresh, nothing frozen. The beer and wine is very unique and highest quality. Wines are paired with specific food if you ask that is amazing. It is very European as the chef/owner is Swiss/German. Anyone who has been to Europe knows that European food takes longer to cook, so enjoy your experience. The portions of Schnitzel are certainly enough for two people, so those complaining may not realize what an appetizer is. Love the place and will keep going back.
